About the Role

SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a global Industry Senior Manager for Healthcare.

You will develop and execute an integrated global marketing program and supporting plans that emphasize market specific content and messaging for awareness and demand generation that guide end-to-end campaigns and solutions. You collaborate closely with many parts of the business including sales in multiple regions, a range of marketing teams, industry subject matter experts, sales enablement, pre-sales, partner management, customer success, and customer experience. The goal is to drive an ongoing program of market engagement with the focus industries and punctuate that with a schedule of specific propositions and solutions for global campaigns designed to drive new opportunities within existing customers as well as new customers. This role is also responsible for industry strategy around developing the top level messaging, value propositions, personas, use cases, and case studies to support sales enablement

The position requires an independent, results-oriented professional with expertise in strategic marketing plan development and execution. You will be required to create, commission and curate compelling content to support your go to market plans. You will be confident as an SME and in drawing out from other SMEs the distilled messages and supporting proof points that are the foundation for SS&C Blue Prism's Healthcare and/or Public Sector Industry point of view.  You will also be responsible for working at a strategic level as well as the detailed execution.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years in industry/product/solution marketing with 7+ years in Healthcare
  • Is a compelling writer, adept at story telling through use cases, and ‘cutting through the noise'.Has the ability to understand buying personas, create differentiated messaging and positioning, then deliver that messaging at scale through collateral creation in all its forms – web pages, ebooks, webinars, videos, etc.
  • Proven history of creating and executing effective marketing programs, go to market plans, content strategies, and campaign guidance on a global basis
  • Project experience and presence to drive a global, cross-functional team including campaign marketing, solutions teams, sales and field marketing
  • We cover many related subsegments, so marketing experience in multiple of the following areas is ideal: Federal, State and Local Government, Higher Education, Healthcare, Health Insurance, and Life Sciences
  • Global minded with a focus on collaboration for regional execution
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of marketing programs, including messaging and core content, to drive pipeline, conversion and retention of new and existing business in Healthcare
  • Create an industry segment go to market plan to guide  programs to target specific Healthcare segment opportunities through use cases, personas, messaging, and market motions.
  • Act as the primary healthcare industry driver, aligning efforts across central and field  marketing teams, Analyst Relations, sales enablement, partner, and sales teams
  • Create, commission and curate priority use cases, solution briefs, demo videos, blogs, ebooks, Thought Leadership content, webinars, and more
  • Initiate analyst inquiries for segment guidance, messaging validation, and to brief the analyst community on Healthcare segment plans and initiatives
  • Identify key healthcare specific marketing opportunities - ABM, events, editorial opportunities etc. and successfully guide and collaborate with the rest of the marketing organization – brand, AR, and creative, campaign teams, partner and event marketing, customer experience, and more
  • Guide and collaborate with the campaign team to identify opportunities for demand generation across all online and offline channels
  • Guide the promotional strategy and tactics for vertical assets/content including emails, landing pages and other marketing messaging
  • Engage and support the campaigns marketing teams as they execute ongoing thought leadership, and demand generation activities, with an eye to receive feedback and validate messaging, content and programs in order to improve new industry initiatives
  • Ensuring the latest industry messaging and use cases inform and is present in launches and campaign events including webinars, trade shows, on-site workshops, integrated online campaigns, partner enablement, etc.
