What You Will Get To Do:
- Act as an execution arm to support daily operational needs across Revenue Operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of recurring data entry, updates, and process support tasks within Salesforce and related systems.
- Maintain CRM hygiene by executing established processes for data entry, validation, and cleansing.
- Monitor and triage incoming sales support requests, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide QA support for Salesforce updates, territory assignments, and account structure maintenance.
- Support RevOps Managers and Analysts by handling operational workload (bulk uploads, report refreshes, case management, etc.).
- Distribute weekly sales activity reports.
- Validate data for Salesforce updates and system enhancements.
- Assist with territory updates, commission adjustments, and pipeline accuracy checks.
- Maintain documentation of completed tasks for audit and tracking purposes.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc requests from the broader Revenue Operations team.
What You Will Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
- Proven ability to manage recurring tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience handling data uploads, cleansing, and validation processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
