Job Description Summary:  We are seeking a User Experience and User Interface Designer for the financial services industries. In this role, you will envision the new and improved user experiences for existing products and new solutions. This requires experience with interaction design principles, human-centered design, and visual design, with an interest in applying current trends to create intuitive user experiences. Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to hand-off to engineering to refinement.
• Assist with creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI mock‑ups that align with user needs and product strategy.
• Translate design requirements into clear user flows and intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other designers in an agile environment.
• Contribute to and help maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Assist in preparing design documentation and handover materials for technical teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to communicate design ideas clearly, take feedback constructively, and deliver thoughtful designs within deadlines.
• Take a user-centered design approach, applying strong visual design skills, and rapidly iterate.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks varying in size

Who You Are / Personal Attributes

• Passionate about user‑centred design and motivated to develop your UX/UI design skills. Curious and eager to learn from designers. Strong communicator who can explain design thinking clearly and adapt ideas based on feedback Team‑oriented and comfortable collaborating across functions.
• Required Skills and Experience
•  3+ years of experience in UX/UI or interaction design, with exposure to the product development lifecycle for web or software applications. Fluency with UX design-related software and tools (preferably with XD UXPin) for wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Experience using Miro or similar tools to support user journey mapping, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative team workshops. A design portfolio showcasing your UX thinking through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, case studies, or finished UI work. Understanding of core UX concepts: user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability. Comfortable creating low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity prototypes (wireframes to UI screens). Experience working in an Agile environment
• Preferred Skills and Experience
• Degree or relevant studies in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Service Design, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience in fintech, banking, or wealth management platforms Exposure to UX/UI design for web, mobile, or SaaS products. Experience working with design systems or component libraries. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Basic understanding of front‑end technologies like HTML/CSS. Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Good English communication skills
