Get To Know The Team:

Tasked with managing the complexities of this significant transformation, this team will focus on key areas such as operational integration, system harmonisation, and cultural alignment, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. With a combination of experts from various disciplines, including change management, IT, finance, and operations, this team will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and drive synergies across both organisations. Their primary goal is to seamlessly merge the two entities, driving growth, optimising resources, and setting the foundation for future innovation and success.

What You Will Get To Do:

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation by providing expert analysis and facilitating business process improvements. This individual will take a holistic view of strategic change initiatives, leveraging strong business acumen to identify requirements and define impactful solutions. They will develop high-quality deliverables that support critical business, portfolio, and program/project decisions. This role will focus on the development and implementation of frameworks, processes, and recommendations to enhance the business as we transition to a more service-oriented approach.

Please note this is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

  • Lead or serve as the Program-level Business Analyst on large, complex, and high-risk programs and projects.
  • Provide thought leadership by developing strategic recommendations and identifying key risks.
  • Drive internal initiatives to streamline and align disaggregated processes and change delivery approaches.
  • Perform advanced business analysis on complex projects, or coordinate tasks across multiple programs with a team of project BAs.
  • Identify and evaluate solution options to address business needs, determining the best approach for implementation.
  • Support portfolio management in defining scope, resource demand, benefits, and risks during the discovery phase, potentially leading these efforts.
  • Collaborate with architects and ICT teams to ensure system architectures meet enterprise needs and business capabilities.
  • Stay informed of emerging market trends, practices, and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on business outcomes and strategies.
  • Work with other Analysts and functions across SS&C to enhance practices and ensure consistency.
  • Facilitate engagement between divisions and collaborate with Enterprise leaders to drive alignment.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities through client workshops and presentations.
  • Provide data-driven insights to help prioritise initiatives across SS&C's portfolio, aligned with the company's growth strategy.

What You Will Bring:

  • Highly commercially astute with a customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating and collaborating with senior leadership, generating insights and analysis, selling new ideas, and guiding discussions toward actionable solutions.
  • Strong ability to assess the business impact of technology on current and future enterprise-level environments.
  • Adaptable and responsive to new ideas and challenges, with a proactive approach to taking on new roles and responsibilities.
  • Extensive experience in conducting gap analysis, feasibility studies, risk assessments, cost impact evaluations, and developing business cases, and delivery plans.
  • In-depth experience with project development frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of strategic and business planning, with the ability to translate strategies into actionable business changes.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in large, complex organizations, programs, or portfolios.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in business analysis, BPM, and modelling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player with strong commercial acumen.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
