Managing Director, Transfer Agency Services – Hybrid

Locations: Denver CO, Dallas TX, Boston MA, Chicago IL, Kansas City MO, Miami FL, Dublin OH, and New York NY | Hybrid

Get To Know The Team: The Managing Director serves as a transformational leader providing best in class service to our expanding retail alternatives transfer agency business. They should have strong understanding of the retail alternatives business with a focus on managing existing complex relationships, supporting new business initiatives, and driving innovative solutions to support our clients' capital raising capabilities. They should also possess a strong technological background and understand Fund Administration Services in the Hedge Fund and Private Markets industry. This role requires a high level of ownership, effective collaboration with various stakeholders, a proven track record in the industry, and a commitment to promoting diversity.

What You Will Get To Do: 

Technological Leadership: 

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of technology, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. 
  • Drive technological innovation within Transfer Agent Services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Transfer Agent Expertise: 

  • Possess a solid understanding of Transfer Agent Services in Retail Alternative and Traditional spaces
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure the highest quality of service delivery. 

Transformational Leadership:  

  • Lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals, acting as a catalyst for positive change. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with stakeholders in the accounting department, various technology departments, and the sales group to ensure seamless operations. 
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments. 

Ownership and Accountability: 

  • Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability for the success of Fund

Administration Services. 

  • Implement best practices to maintain and improve service quality. 

Diversity and Inclusion: 

  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization. 
  • Implement initiatives to enhance diversity in the workforce and create an inclusive work environment. 

Remote Hybrid Work:

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY: Salary range for the position: $195,000 USD to $300,000 USD. Colorado: Salary range for the position: $185,000 USD to $285,000 USD.
