Job Description
Perform oversight on the work done by outsource location
Sign-off all deliverable from Luxembourg.
Manage client relationship and act as single point of contact
prepare and review Financial statements in US GAAP/IFRS/Lux GAAP
Coordinate annual fund audit and work with fund auditor, client for closing audit on time
prepare and present board admin report in quarterly board meeting
prepare and file regulatory reporting with BCL/CSSF
coach and manage team including performance review
