What You Will Get To Do

As a Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and secure digital investment products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust application architectures.
• Act as the in-country SME for the Digital technology stack and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning within the team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to strategic planning and innovation.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Front-End: Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development practices.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and software architecture best practices.
• Proficient in version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Prior Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in financial services, investment management, or fintech.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, JUnit).
