What You Will Get To Do:

• Provide daily support for Renewal Sales and ongoing negotiations, including pricing, legal, processing, and interpretation.
• Conduct monthly pricing analysis and prepare files for all customers due for renewal.
• Manage and validate pricing for specific manual invoice items, such as credit calculations.
• Partner with IT for monthly AUM Certifications to ensure system compliance.
• Distribute renewal quotes to external customers using Oracle processes.
• Offer analysis and support for internal customers, including drafting and reviewing legal contracts, dates, and fees.
• Perform maintenance renewals pricing analysis.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to contracts, systems, pricing, and price books.
• Provide daily support for the cloud-based Document Management system.
• Assist Sales Operations and Order Management teams during quarter-end.
• Support internal controls, policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
• Resolve customer billing issues in collaboration with the credit/collections team

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Excel, extensive knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and other MS Office applications, understanding of Salesforce and Oracle applications (Oracle Order Management, Service Contracts, AR, Install Base).
