What You Will Get To Do:

A business systems analyst (BSA) uses information technology to improve business processes and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

  • Ensuring compliance: BSAs ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. 
  • Maintaining documentation: BSAs maintain documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders. 
  • Preparing technical reports: BSAs prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 
  • Analyzing business needs: BSAs evaluate business requirements and needs across departments to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Designing systems: BSAs design systems to implement changes and improve business processes. 
  • Providing recommendations: BSAs recommend new or enhanced systems, software, upgrades, and modifications. 
  • Managing projects: BSAs lead development projects, manage resources, and monitor project progress. 

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work-related experience.
  • Experience with Contact Center and/or IVR software preferred.
  • A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
  • Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem-solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines.
