Job Title: Head of Recordkeeping Solutions / Principal Product Manager

One of these key solutions is our leading recordkeeping platform and services.  We are seeking a Head of Recordkeeping Solutions / Principal Product Manager with deep retirement industry experience managing complex products and solutions that has excellent analytical and communication skills.  A qualified candidate must have the ability to perform in a fast-paced and agile environment. Innovating, collaborating, and executing with a sense of urgency and team focus is of utmost importance in this role.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Develop and execute a product strategy, inclusive of product marketing, messaging, and launch in order to achieve the company's overall strategy and goals. Inclusive of both new feature/capability development as well as new product ideation.
  • Lead roadmap development and creation.
  • Analyze market opportunities to anticipate industry direction leading to new product innovation.09
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the US Retirement Services industry, helping to influence and drive potential build, buy, partner approaches to expand our capabilities.
  • Leads business case definition for major initiatives, including the feasibility and financial justification for new products and/or new releases of existing products.
  • Oversees and is accountable for end-to-end product delivery from ideation through software delivery and business implementation. Works closely with functional teams, including technical architecture and development teams, to ensure that appropriate processes are being adhered to in order to meet financial, timing, and customer expectations.
  • Guide/Coach/Direct Product and Technology staff towards the optimal solution designs, approaches, and end user behavioral designs.
  • Assist in sales lead generation as well as efforts including but not limited to, sales demos and RFPs.
  • Recognize internal or external business challenges or regulatory issues, and recommend process, product, or service improvements.
  • Advise senior leaders and contributes to the development of functional strategy or company objectives.

  • Extensive understanding of customers' and market needs, the competitive environment (including our position), and the market forces required to launch a successful product solution.
  • Technical acumen necessary to ensure product owners and development teams deliver products and capabilities aligned to product strategy, client needs, and end users as well as to influence technology modernization efforts.
  • Passion and curiosity for new and emerging technologies and their potential intersection with the Retirement industry and our products and applications for the end consumers they serve.
  • Extensive knowledge of overall product development processes, marketing strategy, technology strategy, and has an analytical/project management mindset to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Leadership qualities to help drive, influence, and collaborate with peers in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong background in technology process mapping, end-user journey mapping, and detailed requirements gathering.
  • Demonstrates a unique set of skills or a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline or function to solve significant and complex issues that have a broad impact on the business.
  • Minimally requires a Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, or high school degree and 10 years of related experience.  Related experience required to be within US Retirement Industry.

Jersey City, NJ: Salary range for the position: 160,000 USD to 200,000 USD. NY: Salary range for the position: 160,000 USD to 200,000 USD. Washington: Salary range for the position: 160,000 USD to 200,000 USD. California: Salary range for the position: 160,000 USD to 200,000 USD. Colorado: Salary range for the position: 160,000 USD to 200,000 USD.
