Finance Systems Analyst (Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and support the administration of our core finance system. This role is crucial during a period of change as we update our systems to integrate with the wider group systems.

The position is based in our Warrington office, with hybrid working arrangements (At least 6 days per month in the office). This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Administration: Manage core finance systems including Netsuite, Concur, Navan, and Workday.

  • ERP Implementation: Assist with the Netsuite to Workday ERP implementation project.

  • Issue Resolution: Raise tickets and collaborate with the finance team and consultants to resolve issues or implement system improvements.

  • Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports to support the finance team for internal and statutory audits.

  • Data Management: Perform daily data checks and follow up on any system errors and variances.

  • Month-End Processes: Execute month-end scripts and data processes.

  • Helpdesk Support: Resolve helpdesk calls as required.

Required Experience

  • ERP Systems: Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a global team.

  • Systems Knowledge: Good understanding of systems and processes.

  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a “Can-do” attitude.

  • Continuous Improvement: Exhibit curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Accounting Systems: Experience in the administration, implementation, or auditing of accounting systems.

  • Collaboration: A collaborative worker committed to sharing knowledge and skills, willing to take ownership and accountability for their work, and acting with integrity.

  • Time Management: Ability to work to deadlines, manage time effectively, and work independently.
