Technical Support Engineer - Job description attached

Ability to work on rotational shifts for India and
UK time zones (no night shift)
• SQL skills
• Octopus deployments for Automated
deployment
• Experience and knowledge of using
JIRA, Confluence & to manage defects
and changes.
• Knowledge of Environment database
structures/architecture in order to identify
firewall impacts and required changes
• Managing a large environment estate
utilized/supported by multiple
international teams.
• Operational knowledge of the Bluedoor
Application (At least 2 years, preferably 5
years)
• 3 years Financial Services experience.
• AWS knowledge (ability to triage the APIs
configured on AWS)
• Jenkins knowledge and DEVOPS skills
• Formal Technical industry-standard
qualifications.
• Formal Environment Management industry-
