What You Will Get To Do:
Provide primary support to clients utilizing Advents software solutions.
Document all case issues and resolutions in our CRM and case handling system
Participate in all required internal training sessions
Create and update knowledge base documents
Deepen Advent product knowledge through successful completion of Advent's certification program
Present complex technical information in a simplified and clear manner to groups of clients, other support reps and managers
Work with international clients, multitude of cultures, languages
Experience with Advent Geneva would be an added advantage
Good troubleshooting skills and able to provide quick solutions to the client
Understanding of basic networking, SQL, coding would be added advantage
Adhere to the defined SLA and processes as defined
Mindset to think out of box
What You Will Bring:
Ideal candidate should have strong finance background in Capital Market domain
1 - 9 years' experience in Back office/Front office/Middle office support with zeal to explore & learn technology as required
Should have experience in products like - Geneva, APX, Confluence, Eagle Investments, Black Rock Aladdin and similar products
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Fluency in English & able to work closely with clients
Flexibility to support our clients' market hours (Across Europe, Middle East & Africa).
Able to work in shifts (APAC & EMEA shifts)
Work to support Middle East, APAC and European markets, working days shall be – Sunday to Thursday
