Job Description

The Client Services Representative is responsible for assisting Client Account Managers with client communications, client issue resolution, testing of client software releases and system defect processing. The successful candidate will demonstrate willingness to be a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be open to potential travel to visit clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide day to day support to the treasury processing operation of a Top Tier Global bank.

- Address client questions and requests on a timely basis

- Provide functional support in clients' use of the system

- Defect processing, i.e. logging, recreation, unit testing of fixes

- Liaise with other teams such as Development or Technical Services as needed to troubleshoot and resolve     issues
- Recreate application defects, work with US based development team as necessary on corrections.

-Test and document fixes prior to client delivery

To be successful, you should have:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of bank treasury operations experience / or a Masters with 2 years of experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrates effective time management skills with an ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail

- Candidates must be willing to learn and demonstrate high self-motivation with an ability to work unguided
