Associate Manager - Business Analyst / Project Management

Afternoon Shift

Mumbai, Airoli

DO:

• Project Management
• Driving and contributing to projects to improve System/Processes and implement controls in order to provide optimal user experience along with robust application performance
• Requirement gathering which involves extensive interaction with the users and technology teams
• Explaining requirements to the technology team in a manner such that the technology team can create solutions which meet user requirements
• User acceptance testing before the solution is finally delivered to the end users
• Delivery of Ad-hoc user queries/change requests where applicable, working either independently or in conjunction with the technology team/s
• Driving and contributing to a variety of development activities including system changes and UAT assistance in wider integration projects
• Documentation of the existing processes

Work Experience

• Strong experience in the financial services industry ideally in a techno functional role working as business/system analyst. 
• Knowledge of Geneva, fund accounting having good excel skills and a technical flair or those in technology in financial services (having worked on Unix/Linux/SQL/RSLs) and wanting to move to a techno functional role would also fit the requirements
