Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead all sales efforts in our Electronics Division. This role is key to identifying market opportunities, strengthening our brand presence, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and product development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, including forecasting, launching new products, and executing promotions.
Conduct market research through direct engagement with dealers and end customers.
Analyze market conditions to shape product offerings.
Develop and expand business with new customers and strategic partners.
Prepare feasibility studies and business plans for new product initiatives.
Lead quote reviews and proposal development for new contracts.
Identify and evaluate emerging market segments.
Create and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
Track trends in customer behavior and purchasing strategies.
Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, production, and distribution.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in electronics or manufacturing).
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
