We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, representing SRC Automotive with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. Alongside front desk responsibilities, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales team, especially Account Managers. This is a dynamic role that requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:- Customer & Visitor Interaction: Answer calls, greet visitors, manage schedules, oversee guest access, and handle mail and company truck logs.
- Sales & Administrative Support: Handle data entry, process orders and change requests, generate sales reports, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and records.
- Assist Account Managers: Gather information and manage delegated tasks, optimizing the focus of Account Managers on high-priority activities.
- Process Improvement & CRM Updates: Maintain work instructions, update the CRM system, and work to improve team operations for better efficiency.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct call campaigns, analyze market data, and create visual reports comparing warranties and pricing.
- Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensure stocked breakrooms, and manage guest-related inventory.
- Event Planning: Organize employee satisfaction and dealer engagement events on-site, fostering a positive company culture and strengthening dealer relationships.
- Accounting Support: File and organize invoices, assist with check runs, and maintain the accounting filing system when needed.
- Additional Duties: Take on special projects and other tasks as assigned.
- Quality Standards: Perform job duties to the IATF 16949:2016 standard.
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Skills & Abilities: Energetic and enthusiastic personality with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and customers, both in-person and over the phone. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build cooperation among team members and establish positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Attention to Detail: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining precision and quality.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, web-based applications, and working knowledge of Windows environments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, sit, and occasionally lift or move up to 20-40 pounds. Sitting 80%, standing/walking 20%.
This role is primarily performed in a controlled atmosphere, with some occasional exposure to harsher conditions for short periods.
