What you'll do:
This position is responsible for providing customer service and sales support for the service & repair shop. You will function as the liaison between the customer, mechanics and vendors on matters related to the service, repair and maintenance of hydraulic systems and components. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and purchasing hydraulic parts to support the shop operations
- Providing customers with quotes and expected repair times
- Assisting in the scheduling and coordination of repair jobs
- Assist the inside and outside sales teams as needed
- Parts delivery or pickup
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Fluid Power/Hydraulics product knowledge a plus
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills, multi-tasking, prioritizing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Purchasing and/or service writing for hydraulic shop / service department a plus
