Location: Norfolk, MA - Correctional Residential community of male inmates 

Pay rate: $67,000-$69,000/annually

Schedule: Full-time. Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00pm and one evening from 12:30pm-8:30pm

Qualifications:

• LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Corrections experience preferred.

The Program Director is responsible for:

• The direct management of all aspects of both the Correctional Recovery Academy (CRA) at MCI Norfolk. The CRA is a Modified Therapeutic Community approach to reducing relapse and recidivism through facilitating and modeling appropriate social skills as well as effective relapse prevention.
• Providing counseling services to offenders in the assigned treatment program. 
• Working closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
