Location: Worcester, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program
Pay Rate: $50,336-$56,659/annually
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 8:00am-4:30pm, Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 7:00am-2:30pm

Qualifications:

• CADC required
• Minimum of an Associate degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field and a minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required

 The Counselor:

• Provides quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies.
• Provides group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
