Qualifications

Required:

• 10 years of experience with Nuclear Weapons and weapon systems at the operational or programmatic level
• 5 years of experience with the Defense Acquisition System
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree (technical field preferred)
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Willingness for occasional travel (may be required (less than 10%))

Desired: 

• Experience as a DoD Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy Nuclear programs (Ohio or Columbia-class SSBN, Trident D5, etc.)
• Special Access Program eligibility 

SPA is seeking an experienced Acquisition Program Analyst to support OSD oversight of the Nuclear Triad sustainment and modernization, with a primary focus on the modernization of U.S. Navy nuclear programs. Will develop decision-ready material for senior leaders and have the initiative to navigate headquarters and acquisition processes to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management (DASD(SSIPM)) portfolio management responsibilities. The Senior Navy Nuclear Program Analyst will support portfolio management and oversight of systems through development, production, and fielding to the warfighter.
