Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree
  • At least 3+ years of experience providing information assurance, engineering, or operational support to the DoD, including supporting information operations, cyber operations, system administration, and systems security
  • Knowledge evaluating the cyber compliance of a system against current Risk Managed Framework (RMF) and DoD Cybersecurity policies
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, provide high quality services and products, while meeting strict deadlines and time constraints
  • Must hold and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in an acquisition program office environment with documentation, protocols, formats, and deadlines 


Responsibilities

For this critical work, we are looking for a candidate that will proactively assist with the design, development, evaluation, and/or integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments. 

 

You will support PEO IWS 2.0 Above Water Sensors & Lasers Directorate for Program Protection activities. You will be responsible for the System Security Engineering design and review process for developmental acquisition programs across PEO IWS 2.0 to ensure cybersecurity, Anti-Tamper, and Supply Chain security requirements are implemented and verified throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will also provide input on cybersecurity and system security engineering practices that are included in system design.  Addiitonally, you will be expected to manage various components of continuously advancing DoD cybersecurity standards, including cybersecurity in a modeling environment, and the Cyber Ready Initiative compliant effort.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range:  $105,000 – $120,000.
