The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis. SSAG has an immediate hiring requirement for a Program Coordinator. Responsibilities The Program Coordinator supports the Studies and Integration Division, NC3 Enterprise Center, USSTRATCOM by providing coordination, administrative, and organizational support to NC3-related studies. Ensures the study team's activities are effectively organized, documented, and communicated, enabling smooth collaboration across technical groups and external stakeholders. Assists in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracks milestones, and supports risk identification. Serve as a central liaison by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and documentation, and streamlining workflows to maximize team efficiency. Supports the NC3 Next Trade Space Study, and associated studies, by managing stakeholder communications, facilitating technical exchanges, maintaining action item logs, and preparing reports and executive summaries that inform study outcomes. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, recurring Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), and NC3 requirements. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field. Active TS/SCI clearance. 3+ years of experience in program scheduling, project controls, or program support. Professional experience using scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs, particularly NC3 or strategic deterrence initiatives. Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and risk management practices. Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent program management credentials.
