Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- 5-10 years of experience supporting U.S. Government national security policy, the intelligence community, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, or foreign malign influence
- Ability to communicate (oral or written) to senior Government Leaders
- Able to work onsite in accordance with client needs

Responsibilities
The Monitoring and Compliance Analyst will support the Department of Energy's Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains (MESC) with technical and program support services for Economic Security and Global Investments (ESGI) mission to ensure investments are free of Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) vulnerabilities and influence. The analyst will provide technical and program support to ESGI in overseeing continuous monitoring of MESC awarded funds and work with stakeholders to ensure the terms and conditions of the awards are met; establish workflows and develop standard operating procedures for open source continuous-monitoring capabilities; coordinate with MESC General Counsel and relevant stakeholders to outline and support the establishment of a legal framework for continuous monitoring regime and for site visits. The analyst will also develop processes and capabilities to ingest site visit data which enables MESC's ability to search and retrieve information and make recommendations, and clearly communicate complex concepts by developing correspondence, reports, and briefs to MESC leadership.
