This position will support a government Army Project Office team in the maintenance, accountability, emplacement/displacement (setup/teardown), and movement of the major end items (MEIs) of equipment. Responsibilities The candidate must be qualified to drive wheeled vehicles with towed equipment. The candidate must have good communication skills and be able to work in fast-paced, team-oriented working groups responding to the logistics domains of maintenance, technical manuals, training, system testing and fielding, and Human System Integration (HSI). The candidate will support equipment transportability testing by assisting the certification coordinator in processing and tracking of MEI and ancillary equipment with Government Bills of Lading (GBL) and small package shipments. The candidate will provide HSI and technical data package (TDP) input for command, control, and communications systems. The candidate will assist in training personnel on March Order and Emplacement procedures for an command, control and communication systems to include but not limited to system wiring, power and environmental control configuration constructs, and antenna assemblies. The candidate will assist with MEI inventories, TDP reviews, preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS), repair part identification, and logistics product documentation reviews. The candidate must be able to support travel activities for field missions, and work in outdoor and sometimes harsh environments for extended periods of time. The candidate must be willing to work overtime as required with little warning in order to ensure mission success. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Must posess an Active Secret Security Clearance Candidate should have a general knowledge of and 1-5 yrs of experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Systems, with focus on command, control, and communication systems Candidate must have general knowledge of training, 1-5 yrs of experience property accountability/responsibility, inventory procedures, and operator maintenance Candidate must be willing and capable of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) The candidate must be able to lift weights IAW MIL-STD-1472, generally 56 lbs 5 ft above the floor, 87 lbs 3 ft above the floor, and carry 82 lbs 33 ft or less Must be able to support travel activities for field missions, materiel fielding events, and work in outdoor and sometimes harsh environments for extended periods of time Must be willing to work overtime as required with little warning in order to ensure mission success Desired Qualifications: A minimum Associate's Degree preferred, but not required
