Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Minimum of 10+ years of general Knowledge Management
  • 4+ years of Process Improvement, Process Documentation, and Process Analysis
  • 3+ years of Technical Writing experience.
  • Certified Knowledge Manager Certification (Knowledge Management Institute)
  • JIRA, MS Project, and/or SmartSheet experience is desired
  • TS/SCI and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree 

 



Responsibilities

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a knowledge management system.  Specific responsibilities include: 1) Encouraging a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among programs, 2) Ensuring that the right knowledge goes to the right people, and that this information is promptly applied to business activities, 3) Helping to capture new knowledge with the use of a knowledge management system, 4) Monitoring progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics, 5) Providing relevant coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management culture, 6) Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals, 7) Conferring with program managers to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution as needed, 8) Ensuring programs are properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources, and 9) Supporting and advising Government program management on integration across a full spectrum of interfaces.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency Range:  $165-185k.
