We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and to support performance reporting and decision making. We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution aligns with Army and FM domain goals and objectives. We are seeking a Defense Agencies Initiatives (DAI) Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Specialist with knowledge in DoD financial management, expertise of DAI/OTL, and experience with the Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS) to join our team in supporting the U.S. Marine Corp's Budget Formulation/Payroll Section. This position will be full time at the Pentagon. Responsibilities The position is responsible for supporting the government in budget formulation and payroll tasks within DAI/OTL and DCPS, including: Provide support with business processes and solutions using functional knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite and DAI Oracle Modules, including the Federal Admin, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable modules. Provide support with business processes such as order-to-cash (O2C). Support general ledger reconciliation activities to DAI. Manage key member workflows to ensure proper user provisioning. Develop custom reports and/or use budget reporting tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Coordinate budget data calls. Within DAI OTL: Provide helpdesk support for end users and use JIRA to create, track, manage, and close out helpdesk tickets. Perform in a Super Timekeeper role by recording and managing (create, modify, approve) time and attendance data for employees as needed. Provide support to Limited Timekeeper roles. Conduct onboarding activities for all new employees to ensure system access and payroll information is reflected correctly in the system. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4+ years of relevant experience in Defense Agencies Initiatives (DAI) Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS) Knowledge of and experience working in DoD Financial Management Experience providing support to DoD/Army and experience working with and reporting to DoD government leadership An active DoD SECRET security clearance, and the ability to maintain this throughout employment Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of additional business processes such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Budget to Report (B2R), and Cost Accounting (CA)
