About the Position

Prospective candidates must provide administrative support to the customer's Director's Action Group (DAG) office. The prospective candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Managing Workflows Taskers: Regularly monitor tasker workflows (e.g., Task Management, Outlook Workflows), review them, and assign them to appropriate SSC/PK action officers within two (2) hours. Provide backup support in the event of absent personnel to ensure continuity in operations. Maintain access to the secret internet protocol router network (SIPRNet) to ensure timely responses to classified taskers.

Coordinating and Preparing Final Staff Summary Sheet Packages: Coordinate the final version of the staffed and written package with all identified parties and Directorate leadership to ensure all key personnel and leaders are sufficiently informed regarding the purpose, issues addressed, and responses provided to resolve any questions or issues raised by higher headquarters or outside agency personnel.

Track and Manage Suspense: Collaborate with the SharePoint team to develop a SharePoint tool within 30 calendar days of contract award to track and manage external and internal suspense. The tool will provide near real-time status of all opened (new) actions or requests, all ongoing actions, and completed actions and, when appropriate, recommend improvements to the directorate's external and internal suspense support. Act as a single clearinghouse for all external task correspondences and responses to maintain configuration control and current status. Assist in managing the PK front office appointment calendars, conference room schedules, and scheduling meetings.
