SUMMARY:

Here, work-life balance isn't just a buzzword, it's how we do business. Our Shipping & Receiving team works five days a week and plays a vital role in our daily operations. In this role, you'll oversee the flow of goods in and out of the facility, making sure inventory is tracked, deliveries are accurate, and safety standards are met. You'll be empowered to do what it takes to keep things moving.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO: 

· Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, including document verification, inventory updates, and storage procedures.

· Accurately maintain supply reports and records using various software systems.

· Ensure incoming items match orders and documentation (delivery tickets, packing slips, invoices, etc.).

· Validate item quality, quantity, pricing, and discrepancies—working with vendors and drivers as needed.

· Act as liaison between Accounting and Operations to ensure smooth inventory transactions.

· Support storeroom organization and product rotation using FIFO methods to reduce waste.

· Deliver received goods to departments daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Monitor and enforce food safety protocols.

· Maintain storage cleanliness, follow sanitation schedules, and uphold safety standards.

· Complete special assignments and projects as needed.



Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

· Ability to read, interpret, and verify documentation accurately in English

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software

· Commitment to confidentiality regarding guest, associate, and vendor information

· Willingness to learn resort operations, departmental policies, and services

· Bonus: Previous experience in hospitality or food service distribution is a plus (not required)
