Derive faster solution to the problems/defects & provide decisions in order to maintain Tetra Pak machines.
What you'll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production support, preventive & breakdown maintenance of filling machines & distribution equipment in the respective shifts.
- Responsible for maintaining/ raising requisitions for spares & related documentation of Filling/ DE machine.
- Responsible for up keeping daily, weekly & preventive maintenance schedules of Filling & DE machines.
- Responsible for proper coordination with shift In-charge (Production) and next shift in charge during shift change.
- Analysis of failure parts if repetitive & further action plans and breakdown analysis.
- Responsible for monthly reporting of Filling & DE machines.
- To attend breakdowns / preventive maintenance in Tetra Filling, DE & to be responsible for minimum downtime of equipments.
- To ascertain availability of min. required spares of respective machines, equipment and Housekeeping of the department. To maintain discipline, punctuality and safety amongst workers.
- To suggest preventive actions on repeated failures.
- Optimum utilization of resources. Suggestion and actions to conserve the Energy. Security of the department and custody of TETRA stores in night and second shift. Raising PRN & follow up with Purchase & Store for material requirement. Inspection of material received at stores. Planning of maintenance during shutdown.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly statement for consumption of spares and consumables against budget provision.
- To ensure proper utility consumption in your shift. Inventory planning and spares management.
- Correspondence with external agencies and follow-up. Vendor development for imported substitutes.
- Manpower planning, sectional administration & Training. Inspection of work done by outside agencies, bill checking & certification. Preparing monthly statement of breakdown.
- Sending equipment for repair to outside agency & maintaining record for the same.
- Comply with the requirements of Food safety management systems.
- Any other responsibility given by management from time to time
What you need to succeed
- B. Tech/ Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication or related field
- 6 to 10 years of experience in tetra pack (Filling & DE)
- Ability to identify and resolve issues/opportunities
- Must have a proven track record of demonstrating technically
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and team player
