• Management of continuous improvement of plant processes using standard tools for this purpose (data analysis, interdisciplinary group work, communication, Ishikawa diagram, etc.).

• Work and integrate all departments that are involved in a project in order to meet all specific requirements.

• Determining and setting clear and precise objectives. Clear orientation to the achievement of results.

• Clear and precise communication. Provide clear information to the rest of the team participants.

• Manage and maintain in correct disposition the documentation of all actions, projects,...etc.

• Provide clear information regarding possible alternatives to the projects considering technical solutions, knowledge of suppliers and plant standards, budgets, deadlines, guarantees, after sales services, etc.

• Support plant operations when needed.

• Strict application of project management system (Enterprise Project Management).

• Strictly comply with the Safety and Quality requirements of the plant. Motivate the rest of the teams to comply with them.

• Integral management of projects from the study phase to the implementation and optimization of these always ensuring Propose technical improvements of machinery, processes and facilities.

• Support plant operations when necessary. with the objectives, budget and deadlines.

Key Ingredients:

• 3 to 5 years of experience.. Experience in food manufacturing and in process development, focus improvement.etc.
• English and Spanish fluency.
