To assist in the development and maintenance of integrated financial systems in order to provide accurate information to company leaders and appropriate regulatory agencies in a timely manner. To ensure the integrity of reporting by developing and maintaining a system of strong internal controls and through the development of appropriate measurements.

What You will Do:

• Finalization of Accounts.
• Preparation & Analyzing Monthly Financial Statements,
• Variance Reporting & Analysis.
• Proving influential information to Sr. Management for Decision making.
• Responsible of all Audits, Statutory , Group Audit etc.
• Preparation of Business Plan for all Plants and monitoring the same throughout the year.
• General Financial Reporting.
• Managed Daily Financial Accounting.
• Working with Plant team on variances & Cost saving Projects.
• Driving Cost reduction & savings initiatives at plant level.
• Lead Projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for Improvements.
• Responsible for efficient and compliant completion of monthly reporting
• Quarterly and Annual Tax estimation
• Team Management

What you need to succeed:

Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA preferably.

12+ Years of Experience

Job Location: Baramati (Maharashtra)

Preferably from Dairy/ FMCG industry
