Has the primary responsibility to direct and execute the purchase of assigned categories of spend, evaluate market conditions and develop and execute sourcing strategies. Collaborates with business areas to identify sourcing needs and opportunities. Manages supplier relationships and agreements. Conducts continuous improvement initiatives with an emphasis on reducing total cost of ownership.
This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 2 days onsite at Home Office and the remainder remotely/from home.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute the category strategy for those areas of spend responsibility.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance by maintaining supplier scorecards, site visits, day-to-day interactions and regular review meetings
- Develop and stay current on market intelligence for assigned commodities
- Accountable to meet Sourcing goals for assigned categories such as cost savings, quality, payment terms, compliance to requirements and risk plans
- Employ the appropriate use of risk management tools
- Together with the key stakeholders, ensure project expectations and supplier requirements are met
- Develop, Design, and Conduct RFP's, and negotiate contract renewals
- Negotiate costs to ensure pricing is competitive
- Audit supplier performance to ensure stakeholder requirements are met
- Address supplier performance issues and provide conflict resolution as necessary
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelors in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
- Knowledgeable in negotiating and contracting IT Software & Services agreements and other Indirect categories
- Procurement certifications and/or cross-functional experience are preferred
- Advanced attention to detail and analytical skills
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Team player and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of inventory management, financial acumen, system knowledge and project management skills
- Innovative thinker
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.
