Here is what you will be doing:

• Daily unloading of a variety of dry products
• Accurately fill out all necessary paperwork
• Enforce safety policies and procedures with other employees and visitors
• Perform general maintenance on equipment
• Assist with other duties within the facility (general maintenance, landscape upkeep and painting)
• Interact with customers, railroad crews, other Team Members and visitors
• Transporting products from one site to another as needed 

Requirements of a successful Transload Operator:

• Understand and follow operating procedures and policies
• Operate or learn to operate rail car loading systems and equipment
• Perform work safely and productively
• Safely deliver product to customer facility
• Interested in being cross trained on all functions at facility
• Class A CDL license is a plus 
• Read, write, and understand English
• Maintain rail car/trans loading equipment (e.g., Hoses, portable conveyors, transfer pumps, portable stair systems, small to medium sized equipment, etc.)
• Travel to other transload terminals to assist when necessary; may be for up to a week at a time 

Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: 

• Climb up and down rail cars/ladders safely
• Work outside in ALL weather conditions (snow, rain, sub-freezing temps)
• Willing to work with liquid hazardous and dry bulk materials
• Carry at least fifty (50) pounds independently
