Paid Parental and Uniformed Services Leave   What You'll Be Doing: Provides leadership over all operational functions, including logistics, trucking, rail, and processing facilities. Establishes and enforces operational standards, policies, and performance metrics to ensure excellence and accountability at all levels. Leads the development and execution of operational strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and long-term, financial objectives. Drives strategic planning processes, including multi-year roadmaps, capital investment prioritization, and operational forecasting. Serves as a transformational leader, guiding large-scale change initiatives such as digital integration, automation, and process innovation. Mentors and develops operational leaders, fostering a pipeline of strategic thinkers and decision-makers, ensuring robust succession planning and talent pipelines. Represents Operations and provides strategic insights and recommendations to the Refinery Services' Leadership team, ensuring transparency and alignment on performance and growth opportunities. Champions a leadership culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all operations.   Requirements to Be Successful in This Position: Deep knowledge of operations across refinery, logistics, supply chain, or related industries. Proven success leading operations across multiple geographies and business units. Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire, align, and mobilize large, diverse teams. Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Expertise in strategic planning, business transformation, and large-scale process improvement. Demonstrated ability to achieve operational excellence while driving financial growth. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Expertise in regulatory compliance, safety standards, and financial oversight. Experience leading large-scale operations and managing cross-functional teams. Demonstrated success in driving innovation and continuous improvement. Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation in related industries.   Physical Requirements: Ability to travel 30% or more as needed.
