What You'll Need:

  • Regulations of the STPS, SEMARNAT, CIVIL PROTECTION, CONAGUA, IMSS, and SSA applicable to our company
  • Experience in monitoring Work Risks ST7, ST9
  • Skills to facilitate effective teamwork – the ability to coordinate effectively with the plant (and national leadership team from time to time).
  • Experience in Work Accident Notification System (SIAAT)
  • Course or Certification in BLS, BLS, ACLS or equivalent
  • Knowledge of emergency brigade training (firefighting, first aid, communication, evacuation).
  • Positive attitude, desire to learn and develop professionally. 
  • Work experience in management systems
  • Availability of emergency care 24 hours a day
  • ESSENTIAL Labor Doctor
  • INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED ENGLISH ESSENTIAL

What You'll be Doing:

  • Monitoring of the annual Safety, Hygiene, and Environment program in documentary compliance
  • Align with operations leadership, HR, logistics, etc. to lead and coordinate the implementation of Safety, Hygiene, and Environment (SH&E) programs
  • Guide and coach operations, human resources, maintenance, and quality leaders on national and internal SH&E issues and requirements.
    • Permits and safe practices for high-risk jobs. 
    • Safety tours to identify unsafe acts and conditions
    • Lead the Safety and Hygiene Commission
    • Compliance Programs to the Training Plan and training on safety, hygiene, and environmental issues in accordance with applicable Mexican standards – and internal needs of our company.
    • Attention and support with regulatory and client audits, in our continuous improvement processes (related to SH&E).  
  • Have control and supervise compliance with the regulations applicable to the company.
  • Protect the health and safety of all staff.
  • Supervise the integration and correct training of the brigades.
  • Lead, in coordination with the national team, occupational health campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations to the leadership team according to needs and best practices in SH&E.

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
