Location: Midvale, UT

Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Hybrid)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Aggressively source and actively manage candidates 
• Organize and manage the interview process
• Organize job fairs, hiring events, and participate in other job-sourcing opportunities
• Work with the benefits and payroll departments to successfully onboard new talent

Requirements to Be Successful in This Position:

• Experience in recruiting and onboarding (preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of education
• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred with a variety of position types
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
