These are just a few of the benefits you can expect from working with us!   We provide Uniforms & PPE (no cost to Team Member)  (8) Paid Holidays Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and 401(k) with match, as well as profit sharing Three (3) weeks of PTO to start   The successful Equipment Operator candidate will safely perform the basic tasks required to load, unload, and move breakbulk/bulk products, including aggregates, break bulk (lumber, plywood, building materials, etc.), and containers at our Warehouse in Yulee, Florida.   Here is what you will be doing   Follow proper safety rules and operating procedures to support zero-tolerance safety objectives Operate/maintain heavy equipment, including forklifts and jockey truck. Complete and maintain required daily paperwork Housekeeping duties, sweeping, washing down of work areas, and keeping restrooms, break rooms, and work rooms clean and tidy Assist Maintenance personnel, as needed and directed Occasionally work in areas outside of your normal duties, when instructed by Supervision   Requirements of a successful Equipment Operator:   Must have a Valid Driver's License Be able to read, write, and understand English and follow written and/or verbal instructions Physically able to handle large tools, climb on and off the equipment, ascend and descend ladders, and should not have a fear of heights Possess Environmental & Safety awareness Must be able to work a shift up to 12 hours to include weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary High School diploma or GED Computer/tablet skills 2 years of warehouse, plant, or industrial equipment experience is preferred Equipment certifications are a plus Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus   Here are some of the physical requirements for this role:   Equipment Operators are routinely required to work outdoors and, as a result, are exposed to the weather elements Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to Stand/Walk for long periods of time.
