Days/Hours: Rotating 5 on 2 off schedule 6a - 6p

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage customer orders and inventory systems.
• Assist customers via phone.
• Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Monitor emails for order updates.
• Enter and verify customer orders and railcar shipments.
• Ensure inbound/outbound inspections are complete.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Fax or scan Bills of Lading as needed.
• Monitor inventory against scheduled shipments.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.

Requirements to Be Successful in This Position:

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to work overtime
• Professional collaboration with team members and customers
• Dependable attendance required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Commitment to working safely at all times
• Must be physically able to do the following:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Proficient with telephones, computers, and office equipment
  • Capable of sitting, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
  • Able to walk long distances
  • Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift 40 lbs
  • Wear required PPE
  • Work in the office within the refinery as a Logistics Coordinator
• Position may require some travel for training purposes
