Distributor Sales Consultant

As a Distributor Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for serving an existing territory in North York and Richmond Hill and surrounding boundaries. Under the leadership of the Regional Sales Manager, you will act as a key player in the organization and be held accountable for achieving the annual sales budget.

 Key responsibilities:

 • Develop new opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic partnerships with salon owners, estheticians, and stylists.

 • Take sales orders, build promotions, participate in salon activations and events, provide product knowledge/brand education and social media support to customers as needed. 

• Partner with new and existing customers to develop strategies designed to help them grow their business. 

• Analyze sales reports and activity reporting.


Qualifications and skills: 

• A competitive spirit and be a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude. 

• A strong drive to provide an exceptional customer experience, a willingness that includes doing what is required to expand a territory and help your customers grow, and a desire to learn.

 • Sales experience of at least 3 years, preferably in a related industry

 • Superior organization and time management skills

 • Excellent communication skills

 • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 • Comfortable utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook

 • The ability to perform basic functions on Microsoft Excel
