Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong financial background to support SAIC's growing unmanned systems (UxS) programs. This position supports and manages the operational aspects of ongoing government projects.

Duties will include:

• Responsible for developing budgets and schedules to meet project requirements.
• Conducting comprehensive analysis and forecasting to support long-term planning and execution for Navy program managers, NSWC PCD senior leadership, and program offices.
• Develop analytical reports and presentations for Navy customers to communicate complex data and provide recommendations.
• Tracking and analyzing weekly and monthly expenditures.
• Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports for Government Program Managers.
• Tracking and reporting of programs' milestones and deliverables.
• Maintaining project information using Government accounting and reporting systems.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to inform Navy leadership decisions, enhancing mission readiness and organizational effectiveness at NSWC PCD.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including financial models, process flows, and business cases.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and 3+ years of experience

• Navy ERP Experience (or equivalent DoD system).
• Thorough knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word.
• DoD financial management experience.

Clearance - Interim Secret with ability to obtain secret.
