SAIC is seeking a talented and experienced Training Analyst to join our team in Middletown, RI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective training materials for our employees. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in instructional design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses, simulations, instructional videos and other training materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize a variety of content-authoring tools to create high-quality training programs.
  • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Ensure all training materials meet accessibility and compliance standards.
  • Continuously update and improve existing training materials based on feedback and new information.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in instructional design.
  • Must have the ability to obtain SECRET level clearance.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
