The SAIC CMOC Operations Team is looking for an energetic individual interested in serving as a Senior Trainer to provide assistance to the Training, Technical Writing, and Operations Management Teams. Candidates should be highly motivated self-starters able to solve issues and complete tasks with minimal supervision. The Senior Trainer will primarily be responsible for training a group of technical individuals who support numerous customers in an Operations environment. Other duties include designing, implementing, and maintaining training programs for over 30 individuals.
Candidates should have exceptional oratory/writing skills. Working knowledge of various IT fields, such as Networking, System Administration, Software Development or System Engineering is a plus. Candidates must work well as part of a team and be able to mentor junior training personnel.
Selected candidate can expect to perform the following duties:
- Level 1 Certification Training to New Hires.
- Level I-Lite Certification Training to Support Staff.
- Watch Floor O&M Training such as New Missions, System Function/GUl Changes, Skill Reinforcement and Level Il Certifications.
- Creation/modification of Operational Documentation including SOPs, TOIs and Policies.
- Attend TEMs (Technical Exchange Meetings) as needed, ERB, MOAB and Target Team Meetings.
- Support Operations Management as requested.
- Travel to CONUS locations (5-10% of total time) as needed.
Qualifications
•Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance.
•Minimum of 3 Years of Watch Floor Experience.
•Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
•Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience can be substituted for the degree.
•Strong Organizational Skills.
•Strong Project Management Skills.
•Proficient in Presentations to an Audience.
•Strong Interpersonal Skills.
Desired:
•Technical Certification(s) in a chosen field.
•Technical Writing Experience.
•Technical Training Experience.
•Team Lead Experience.
