Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development. Analyzes project requirements and provides support in the areas of business/financial/acquisition management. Also requires experience in complex programs. Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles/financial models, schedule development and analysis, technical performance measurement, portfolio management governance, budget formulation and investment analysis support for various Acquisition Management System decisions and activities is required. Experience tracking and archiving UAS Certificates of Authorization is desired.
The international division of the UAS integration Office monitors, collects, analyzes, and provides data and information regarding international UAS activities to support cross-Agency decision- and policy-making. Primary conduit and liaison to international partners, fostering and strengthening relationships with other aviation authorities and industry stakeholders on a global basis.
Duties:
- Work closely with AUS-200 Director and staff to support project planning and management. Monitor, analyze, collect, and exchange information, follow-up on actions, provide updates, and track status for the division. The candidate will need to support the AUS-200 Director and Team Lead on progressing actions to completion.
- Support schedule development and implementing tracking methods to ensure AUS-200 assigned activities meet agreed upon milestones that are in line with FAA/AVS/AUS goals.
- Support the Director and staff with the development and coordination of relevant international travel prep materials and briefing documents for AUS-1 and other AUS staff in a timely fashion to include speeches, talking points, Event Scenarios, Agendas/Itineraries, trip IOUs, after action reports, slide decks, etc.
- Leadership skills, international experience, and technical knowledge are essential to assist with analysis of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) technical performance functions.
- Review/Edit a variety of documents to include White Papers, Briefing Memos, Talking Points, Foreign Travel Request Memos, emails, Significant Activity Reports, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings for AUS-200 staff with other LOB/SOs and external stakeholders.
- The candidate must be super organized and self-confident enough to stay on top of the team to get their taskers/actions done and follow up when deadlines slip.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications: Master's Degree in related technical or management discipline and 5 years of experience in the above duties. Master's Degree may be waived with 8 years of experience in performing the above duties and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or other related field.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Required clearance is an SF-85P completed on site by the FAA.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
