SAIC has an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer to support work on an exciting mission focused program! In this role the Systems Engineer will be deploying software using Agile methodologies. This role has direct customer communication and is a point-of-contact to support software application roadmap design and definition, perform risk management identification and mitigation, and development implementation timelines based on a tailored Agile environment. This engineer will work with internal systems engineers and technical leadership to ensure customer priorities are planned and executed through a software implementation lifecycle. Duties include things such as analysis of alternatives, cost optimization analysis, risk reduction planning, systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical coordination, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Systems Engineering , Information Systems, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience with software agile development methodologies
- Experience with Systems Engineering Full Life Cycle Development
