JOB DESCRIPTION:  We are seeking an experienced program planner to support personnel across two Customer divisions.  One division provides data science and targeting support and engineering development of targeting tools.  The other division integrates data by developing and maintaining enterprise infrastructure to support mission management functions to include data processing and storage.  The two divisions combined are medium size with a fast-paced environment.  The candidate will be responsible for supporting two division chiefs, deputy division chiefs, staff, and contractors.  Key duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide executive-level and organizational performance support to division front offices.
  • Promotion and selection panel support; schedule coordination and document distribution.
  • Personnel tracking: roster and space oversight, check-in/check-out, phone cards, call trees, vault and system access requests.
  • Web T&A timekeeper.
  • Schedule and calendar coordination.
  • Purchases via Customer systems; VTC coordination and technical issue resolution, disposal requests, off site and all hands coordination, office move planning, assistance with office renovations.
  • Staff travel and training/conference support:  travel requests and coordination, official document oversight, rental car and hotel reservations, conference and training registration.
  • Track, assign, and respond to corporate actions.
  • Drive accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Integrate and visualize data from disparate data sources to create new insights.
  • Assist with accountable property tracking.
  • Develop content for executive level briefings and dashboards.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Skills:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of of a degree) and  (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience
  • Three to six years of experience providing program planning and integration support.
  • Must have experience supporting an active Customer space and a management environment. 
  • Outstanding initiative and ability operate with limited oversight.
  • Ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to problems and barriers as they arise.
  • Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer and external relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new IT systems.
  • Experience identifying, acquiring, and combining relevant business data to inform executives.
  • Experience designing, improving, and implementing business processes.
