SAIC is in search of a Senior Program Manager to join our federal financial team and support mission critical Digital Transformation and Cloud Adoption programs and growth efforts. This is a Sr. Management role supporting day-to-day program executions, on contract growth and as needed in the overall management, direction, governance, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the program. You will have the opportunity to support growth efforts by collaborating with leadership and growth teams of SAIC.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong implementation delivery and solutions oversight of the Cloud Service programs, applications development, data analytics and overall digital transformation efforts for mid to large size projects and programs.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, to anticipate obstacles to success, and to advocate internally on their behalf and support on contract growth.
  • Regularly track projects, manage project risks and impact of changes, provide mitigation plans, proactively manage escalation of issues to appropriate stakeholders, and manage scope creep.
  • Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to internal and government standards.
  • Work with recruiters and program personnel for requisitions development, management and interview coordination and skills verification.
  • Oversee staffing process, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure sufficient candidates are identified, vetted and onboarded efficiently.
  • Support solution architecture for RFIs, RFPs and drives the development of technical solutions and management volumes on proposals when needed.
  • Manage relations with sub-contractors for submission and execution of sub-contractor labor and Cloud Service Provider (CSP) allocation.
  • Provide weekly and monthly metrics for reporting to senior management and customers using MS Excel and other tools.
  • Develop and continuously enhance processes to improve submittal package quality, optimize process efficiency and maximize candidate throughput.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with partners, vendors, managers, and employees enabling enhanced communication around all staffing activities.
  • Support Task Order creation and process execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong Cloud and digital transformation experience with direct experience with cloud Migrations, systems modernizations and general knowledge of Cloud Provider and Managed services methodologies.
  • Perform tasks requiring the collection, evaluation, and data analysis on official documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations as needed.
  • Manage small to mid-size projects related to technology transformation, program management including risk management, schedules, client expectations and staffing.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are desired but not mandatory.

Additional requirements:

  • 18 Years of job-related experience and relevant bachelor's degree, 15 years of job-related experience and a master's degree.
  • PMP certification.

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
