Position Summary

 

SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Management Director to join our leadership team supporting our Health customers. The Senior Program Management Director is an experienced senior leader who will be a core member of the leadership team providing oversight as it relates to growth and team leadership. 

 

• Represent SAIC and program performance to Customers in various venues including governance forums, performance oversight meetings, and other situations as required;
• Provide oversight for growth operations and growth team members 
• Working with Account Executives and Business Managers to identify and develop new opportunities for services. 
• Manage staffing and budget associated with your direct reports;  
• Provide status reports, presentations and communications including executive updates to internal and external stakeholders;
• Act as a point of escalation and executive interface for critical growth needs and targets 
• Responsible for attainment of customer satisfaction goals and metrics;

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelors and 17 years or more of related experience; Masters and 15 years or more of related experience. May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree. 
• Strong skills with: MS Office products, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, and Microsoft SharePoint
• 6+ years of experience supporting Federal Health agencies 
• Contract management, requirements management and negotiation skills
• Strong track record of growing a Health Program or Portfolio
• Experience winning deals with Federal Health customers
• Track record of successfully winning re-competes
