As a Senior Principal Program Analyst you will work closely with the Government Program Manager, supporting program operations, documentation, and contractual support. This is a Hybrid/Remote role in San Diego, CA. Must be local to area.
JOB DUTIES:
Serve as a central resource for program management activities, coordinating seamlessly between stakeholders and leadership.
Oversee and maintain critical program documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government protocols.
Manage light scheduling, ensuring all deadlines, meetings, and deliverables are aligned to program milestones.
Provide additional operational and administrative support as directed by the SAIC or Customer Program Manager to improve overall program efficiency.
Deliver exceptional attention to detail when tracking issues, resolving challenges, and optimizing program workflows.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent) and Fifteen (15) years of related experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start
10 Years of experience supporting DOD programs or project management activities, including managing contact documents, budgets, scheduling, and briefing preparation.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations or documents.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in dynamic environments.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Certificate – Project Management Institute (PMI)
Experience supporting a DOD or federal program.
Proven success in a PMO or similar program support role within government or defense sectors.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position maybe onsite of hybrid offsite based on our mission-focused customers' needs and requirements based in San Diego, CA. It offers a collaborative, dynamic work environment where you will directly contribute to mission success alongside DOD program leadership and stakeholders.
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
