The Sr. Manager, Customer-Centric Marketing (CCM) will act as a core thought partner to the Sr. Director, CCM, Business Group Lead and the Business Development team.  This individual will work across the Marketing and Business Development organization to develop and lead a multi-channel customer-centric marketing strategy and plan to drive increased growth for strategic accounts and business priorities. They will also work with the Sr. Director, CCM in aspects of unifying assets across CCM. This position is open to remote/hybrid work. 

The successful candidate will be well versed in ABM (Account Based Marketing) best practices and the government market. They will leverage his or her knowledge to help drive SAIC's go to market efforts, particularly around strategic growth areas. S/he will have the ability to quickly establish credibility within the business groups engaging at all levels of the organization with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

The Sr. Manager, Customer-Centric Marketing will serve as the primary marketing contact for several Business Groups and interface with a variety of teams across the enterprise. S/he will create ABM strategies for SAIC clients and prospects within several Business Groups and oversee the implementation of these strategies successfully across multiple channels, including but not limited to thought leadership, events/sponsorships, awards, and digital campaigns (including social media) working in conjunction with internal and external content creators, marketing, creative, events, comms and business resources.


S/he will make and utilize data-driven decisions that will impact business performance; and ensure a feedback loop is embedded to optimize go-to-market efforts both within Business Group marketing activities and across CCM at large. The candidate will serve as a resource in developing, implementing, and measuring/tracking marketing initiatives to demonstrate impact on driving sales and revenue growth. 

The candidate must possess a deep and reliable understanding of the target accounts, buyer personas, brand perception and s/he will advise on how best to engage and nurture these targets for business growth. The candidate will have strong planning and strategy skills, anticipate key issues and ensure that exceptional marketing consultancy services are delivered to internal stakeholders.

  

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience in marketing, with depth in marketing strategy and account based or client centric marketing in the government sector at a professional services and/or IT organization. Prior experience as a business partner to a large (~$1.5B in revenue with at least 5,000 employees) complex business within a public company is ideal; Ability to act as a strategic, data-driven leader in Marketing. MBA in Marketing is a plus.

Exposure to working within a global IT services/Government Contracting business and ability to build credibility quickly with business leaders. Hands-on experience leading marketing strategy for business growth, e.g., tailored marketing, market segmentation, target company buyer personas, nurture campaigns, sales enablement, strategic events, partnerships, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

A successful and progressive track record of marketing positions within nimble, action-oriented organizations characterized by collaboration and a strong focus on client service. This individual will have an appreciation for discipline and process but can demonstrate flexibility and innovation.

 

 


Target salary range: $175,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
